June 7, 2010 Community Dialogue
The Board retained the services of
the Palumbo-Skibinski Crawford architectural firm to oversee the
comprehensive plan for Memorial Field. They plan community
dialogues/charettes to gather more feedback from district employees, students,
parents, and the community in order to help shape the vision for the
future use of Memorial Field.
On June 7, 2010 the district held an open community meeting for the purpose of discussing the renovations to Memorial Field and receiving community input. During the dialogue, participants were asked to rate several aspects of Memorial Field as to whether they were positive, negative, or opportunities. The district web site also provided a survey for those who were not able to attend the community dialogue.
Attached here are the results of that feedback in the form of a map and as survey results.
