Act 34 Hearing on Proposed Construction Additions and Renovations to Ferguson Township Elementary School
The Act 34 Hearings on the two Elementary School projects, recorded Feb. 9, 2010, will air on Channel 98 at the following times: Tuesday, Feb. 16th at 7:30 pm Wednesday, Feb. 17th at 10:00 am Thursday, Feb. 18th at 8:00 pm Sunday, Feb. 21st at 12:00 am and 2:30 pm The program is also available to view online
February 9, 2010, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Mount Nittany Middle School, 656 Brandywine Drive, State College.
Any and all interested persons may appear at and attend the public hearing and will be granted a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted to the Secretary of the Board of Directors, Mary Jenn Dorman, 131 W. Nittany Ave., State College, PA 16801 until 12:00 noon, February 9, 2010.

Following the hearing, the public has 30 days (up to and including March 11, 2010) to make written comments about the project. Those may be mailed to the Board Secretary at the address above or sent via email to mjp11@scasd.org (please indicate ACT 34 comments in the subject line).
